I wanted their brisket because of the sample on my last visit, but they didn't have it.? Woe is me, I had to settle for this.

The Surf: Grilled lobster and sweet corn

I loved the smoked flavor of the lobster from the wood-fired grill, and the corn needed no butter at all.

The Turf: Baby back ribs
